Can’t see the display to work

The charging connector doesn’t work. The button gets stuck - a common problem.

The screen is blank and car doesn’t detect charger

no longer flat $5. they are charging per Kwh. it's still impossible to unplug charger from car without calling vendor. I've complained numerous times to vendor.

2 level 2 chargers, 2 fast chargers. $5 flat rate for fast. In between California Fish Grill and Islands.
