These chargers are not monitoring who is done charging, or who plugged in wrong. The light might go pink or red, but it does not penalize. Whoever it’s just leaving their car while taking the charger this (Car). It’s just part there. The charger is red. Nobody insight no Owner Around yet. Nobody can use this charger because this charger does not penalize the person for not unplug in their car on time. One of the bad things here at these chargers, they are slower chargers, not superfast, and nobody is paying attention to see that the DRIVERS are actually doing the correct stuff now. If you call ChargeHub EV Map because they are not the owners of this charger station. So all they will tell you is all you would have to call them. It’s not ours.

I don’t know what is the issue with you guys‘s app? I like it because of the wallet and how I can just load it and just go off of it what I do not like is that if I’m having an issue with the charger and I call you guys the person that answers doesn’t even know what to do. I had to hang up and figure it out on my own. I never had issues any other charges from other companies but now that I’m with you guys, this is an ongoing issue. I have full bars here and it takes me forever for this app to be able to go through and finally be able to charge the charging station will start to tell me to put the plug back before your app finally registered and I’m able to make it charge by then I have people behind me thinking I’m done while I’m over there trying to start charging. You guys need to do better with the app.

I’ve been coming to this Charge Hub location for about two weeks now, and overall I really like it. The chargers have worked well for me, and it’s been a convenient place to charge my EV. The biggest issue is the parking layout. There are only two charging spaces, even though there are two different charging stations—one for Tesla vehicles and one for other EVs. There really should be at least four dedicated charging spaces so both chargers can be used without causing parking issues. The parking lot itself is also very small, which makes it difficult to form a line or wait for an available charger when it’s busy. If the charging cables were made a little longer, it could even allow drivers to park along the street side (where permitted), giving the location much more flexibility without needing a major redesign. Other than the parking situation, I’ve had a good experience here. With a few improvements to the layout and longer charging cables, this could easily become one of the best charging locations around.

Love these! Only criticism is they need more! Put chargers along that whole row of parking spaces please! Too long a wait sometimes!
