Optiq charged great, but had $20.00 on my account and Ivy still charged me again. Plus there should be a cover put on the chargers for Rain & Snow

I witnessed someone struggling to have connection to the middle charger. Connection through the IV app did not work, and the other station was not accessible, these stations need to be looked at and the app needs to be fixed.
IVY-500 (50) pulled 43kw/h and IVY-246 (100) pulled 65kw/h. Many others not working. Need better along major hwys in Ontario. Short cables.

Only one 50 kw charger IVY-0500 was working. Charged successfully at 49 kw. Crews seem to be working on other chargers.

neither level 3 worked today it connects and authorizes opayment but then fails. and the help line is only available during business hrs. i hate Ivy

Ivy network is brutal, every charge station at this onroute is broken. Most Ivy charge stations don’t work, don’t know why this company doesn’t repair their chargers

Ionic 5 with the preconditioned battery only receive41 kW on 100 kilowatts charger very slow!

Managed 83 kw at 246 after an initial attempt where where it maxed out at 41 kw. Stopped and started with better results.
