Very disappointed. Could not get a charge in either one. Suspect it was because of the cold temps affecting the charger. Kia EV9 battery preconditioned.

-2A ccs plug would not connect to my ionic 6. luckily the -2B plug connected. I'm not sure what the problem was but in the end it went well. l was pressed for time so I am glad the second plug worked. So a negative then positive experience.
