Made a 20klm detour to come to thislocation to get a quick charge for my Electronic car , the place was 100% packed so rather than struggle to find the charge station i went in to ask . The lady on the order desk told me it was in the back parking lot , the parking lot is a confusing layout , especially when the drive through is out to the road and all the spaces are taken . I asked her to clarity exactly where and the easiest way to it as the car only had 2% power left ( I was desparate ) she repeated herself so i thanked her and as I walked away she mumbled under her breath " its pretty simple" , that comment was not needed . The delivery truck was parked on the only charging space , I had to wait 20 minutes for them to move the truck so i could get to the charger , then i spent 20 minutes trying to use the charger , only to be told by one of the staff that it was old and no one ever uses it . No staff knew anything about it or how to activate it. After 30 minutes i left and managed to make it to a charge station just down the road . Not impressed , rude and sarcastic staff and zero help from any of them .
