Needed tech support to get the station to work. when it finally started up, it charged fine. But very slowly. 90 minutes to add 54km. On top of that, had to kick shovel the snow away so that I could get near the station. Picture shows post shoveling clearing. Why don't the people who install these machines take customer service more seriously?
