as per previous reviewer. no recognized id number. spoke to representative and not able to find correct ID. waste of time!

stationID on charger 109807 was not recognized. We called support after 15 minutes, person gave me a different station ID the app seemed to recognize it. Charger refused to start after entering credit card ?? info three times
