I had a negative experience.

previous car had 'isolation fault' error. I checked connector, which had snow on it. I blew on it to clean it and make sure it's clean and then tried, it worked. Charging now at 29kw.

station not recognized by the station's official app used to activate and pay.

tried 3 times to charge, keeps coming up with isolation fault error and will not charge.

This machine failed to boot when I plugged my car in.

Slow 29kw charge. Need to add another app. Will not go again

as per previous reviewer. no recognized id number. spoke to representative and not able to find correct ID. waste of time!
