Plug would not release from my car today (Dec 5,2025) and I had to call support. It took half an hour to get them to remotely reset the charger and force it to let go of my car.

they add a 1.25 activation fee just to start charging so I don't think I will come back here plus I kept getting an error starting to charge on the CCS charger on the rite. I had to switch to the other charger. To get it to start charging.
