The screen is completely black and unresponsive. I’m unable to start charging. Station ID: 33398D- Please check and fix this unit.

Add photo not working. During the charge the app didn't recognize that it was me charging and did not provide an option to stop charging. I have to press the emergency stop button. At the same time the app was showing somebody still charging.

Station ID recognized but app says ‘port not found’. Used this station before without issues

Worked well when I was there qlthough charged at 60 kw/hr instead of the rated 140 kw/hr. On the flip side, there are coffee shops/restaurants close by to spend the time when you are charging.
