2024 ioniq 5 need charging with 10% left. Had to phone BCHydro rep to use 350 kWh charger. Needed to downloading BCHydro app from Apple Store BCHydro first to then be talked though set up for a customer account first and to add funds to the account. On app, needed to open the 3 lines button to get to the Filter screen which had an area for adding money to the account. The BCHydro rep was extremely helpful and patient though my call. Finally able to get 350 kWh charger to access and download the power for car. Thanks to a great rep!

First time at BC hydro site. Ended up 15 minutes on the phone. Credit card charge would not function. Representative started charge remotely. I now have user number and bought RFID card. Should be easier. Chargers need to take a Visa, just like gas station. Solid DC charge on my Aryia, on charge curve . Very helpful representative. will use bc hydro again. reasonable pricing.

Great spot but very popular. Had to to wait 20 min for a spot to open up on a Saturday weekend but at least there was a nice farmers market here to pass the time.

PRICING UPDATE: Please be advised that effective May 1st, 2024, energy-based billing ($ per kWh) will apply at all of our public EV chargers. Level 2 charging will cost $0.2865/kWh and DC Charging for Fast Chargers rated 25 kW and higher will cost $0.3479/kWh. Please note that idle fees also come into effect at our Fast Chargers starting May 1st, 2024. Once your vehicle finishes charging, you'll have five minutes to disconnect before being charged a $0.40 per-minute idle fee. Thank you for your patience.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Please be advised that construction has been completed and final testing on the new 100 kW Fast Charger is scheduled for tomorrow Friday October 27th, 2023. We will provide updates as they become available. Thank you for your patience.

UPCOMING CONSTRUCTION CLOSURE: Please be advised that this Fast Charging Station will be temporarily closed for construction upgrades starting on Monday September 18th to October 2nd, 2023. Please make this a consideration for travel plans in the area as the charger will be out of service. Thank you for your patience.
