Asked a AAA information desk. The charging stations are not working.

Tried to use ccs connector. Couldn’t get it to operate. Must take some kind of special card to use. Bank cards , credit cards , ChargePoint card, EVgo card , didn’t work. Not happy at 11:30 at night. No one answers the phone. Just drove 200 miles now here I sit !
