The station says it’s active and working. It says number two will work, but as soon as I plug it into my car, it turns off and will not charge my car which feels quite unnerving.

I was told that the station is due to be upgraded but in the meantime is usable with a chip card. The message about being decommissioned refers to communications only. I don't have a chip card so wasn't able to verify.

this charger is 'decommissioned' even though it still has power to it, would be nice to have that charger close to the highway operational.
