I had a positive experience.

Tried to charge on Sunday 2021/02/07. Both chargers were inoperative with the red light on. The phone gets you nowhere because office hours are Monday through Friday. Contacted the police (they occupy the basement) but they don't have access to the rest of the building to reset the breakers. Luckily the chargers at Kejimkujik Provincial Park saved us. Beware of the risk of getting stranded in the valley.
