It was a struggle getting the charger to start via the app or the charging terminal. Customer service was a joke and left me on hold for 8 minutes while I played with the 2 charging terminals until 1 started and max is 70kw and I arrived at 17% battery life.

One station showed it was offline, but the other one appeared active. When I got to the station and tried to charge, the 800 number could not get it to work remotely. So a different station
