Best Western Antelope Inn & Suites Bornes de Recharge

I used this charger today on my 2017 Ford Focus EV. It took several tries before it actually began to charge. We used the app but have not received our physical ChargePoint card. I hope that will make things easier in the future. We filled the car to capacity because it's still pretty challenging to find fast chargers in our neck of the woods. We visited another Charge Point+ station in Redding, CA, to top off before the trip home. We had used it (it's the one next to Target) and, like the previous trip, were again going through the same issues l have described at the Red Bluff station. This time, though, I chose the guest option rather than logging in. Then, when filling out the payment info, I chose the GooglePay option. That made all the difference. Whew! It's good to know that I can go that way until the card arrives in the mail, even though we have to pay a guest fee in the meantime. Confidence restored. I hope we will be seeing more faster and well maintained stations soon.
