very good level 2 charging experience, free of charge

Slow charging at only 4.68kWh with only our car at the charger. $4.50hr for parking so not a cheap charge.

very bad mobile data reception in the parkade, so hard to activate using the app

The locking mechanism on connector for the first station is broken. So it does not click into place when inserted into a charging port to deliver charge, or stay secure when put back into the station.
