The chargers on both levels are busy most of the time. In general, I think free charging is a bad idea. There's no incentive for people to leave after the 3 hour time limit. If the Dufferin Mall installs more chargers - how about 4 more or 8 more level 2 delivering 19 kw vs the old 6 kw and it would help relieve the pressure on the chargers that are there, especially when any of them goes off-line.

1 charger in P1 is not functioning. Many people are charging it for hours even if their cars are fully charged. Due to this, charger is not available for many consumers. 2 hours limited charging should be strictly enforced so that everyone can benefit from it.

The charger on the right on the P1 level was not working today (July 2, 2024) All others were occupied.
