Extremely slow charge at 33kw should be at 50. Charges by the hour use the other charger in drum for faster cheaper experience.

50 kW charger only delivered 20 kW! Other 50 kW Flo chargers typically deliver 43 kW to my Mach-E, which is tolerable, but 20 kW is ridiculous. Even worse, this charger bills by time, not energy. I quit charging after I had enough range to finish my day's planned drive. 12.6 kW-hr, 36 minutes, $18, or $1.43/kW-hr!

10-Aug, 2025. charger not available due to paving. dealership will not allow access. apparently paving will continue for at least another week. very inconvenient.

charge speed is important to know. L3 is 50+ but there is a huge difference in how long it takes to charge at 50 vs 350. it would be great to show speed of charging right up front.
