Charged successfully, but the only hassle was that you have to download the Shell app on your phone follow the directions , and continue on the machine before it actually lets you start charging . Properly .

Charged successfully, but annoyingly. The Duke chargers are shell chargers. I was able to get a CHAdeMO charge here, but you have to download the shell app and make an account and such, can't use chargehub. Keep your eyes on your phone screen and the station screen as sometimes the phone says "please wait" but you still need to confirm on the station screen. Furthermore, the CHAdeMO plug got stuck in our car with the release button depressed. If that happens to you try closing all the car doors, locking/unlocking the car, and then press the charger firmly into the port until the button pops back up. Then you can press and release the charger again. Good luck, this was a terrible experience but it's the only charger in the area.

Both duke chargers are broken. Second station in a row with the same problem and company

All the CCS ports are not working and I’m down to 40 miles. Have to return north to Kissimmee to find charging station
