Downtown at the Gardens (Palm Beach Gardens, FL) EV Charging Stations

I love that it is in the SHADE. Why is every other charging station placed in a barren sun scorched parking lot? If you join Electrify America for 7$ a month it's less than anywhere else.

Charger 5 wouldn't process my payment. Charger 1 kept stopping my charge.
