Error on charger, never started charging

Blink machine, will not initialize for my Bolt, either signed in as customer or guest. Can’t reach a real person at Support, and the app help is really sucky.

There’s only 1 charger located at the service area big door. CCS charging is at 29 KW (slower than normal CCS charging) and you have to use the Blink app or RFID card. No slots for credit cards. Blink app works well to initiate charge but doesn’t give you real-time eg the EA or EV-Go app.
