Was unable to activate the charger. Instructions were ripped off.

I wouldn't plan on this charger because it's often in use. Someone needs to talk to this hospital and have them get more chargers in period. It's also clear that when someone gets the charger in the morning they stay on all day and are not respectful enough to move for others to use it.
