I rented a Kia EV and went to this place to charge. The charging station is located inside a parking garage underground near the pay station. There is no cell phone signal there that allows me to activate anything. The guy inside the pay station knows nothing about how to activate the station, nor could one use a credit card to buy the service.

Ev charging experience sucks in New York City at least . Not sure of other states . This particular charging station , one has to get into pay per hour garage , minimum $8 (12/26/2023)!!! . Have to get the EV connect app. The app does not give estimate when it will finish !!! Not buying an EV for at least 2/3 year

Don't charge your car here, they are over priced for slow charging

Charging station is overpriced, better go to tesla supercharger and save money and time there.
