charges slow, incurred extra fees

it only charges at medium power which takes longer and you end up paying extra for occupying the spot. I've checked this many times over the past month and this problem remains consistent. seems like a gouge.

Worked as advertised! L3 was operational! You can shop at Cabela’s 9am to 9pm. There Starbucks 1.5 blocks away. There is an Embassy Suites hotel a block away as well.
