I had a negative experience.

Charger 02 charging at 68kw nowhere close to promised 350kw or at least anything over 100kw for price charged

Started charging at 150kw and then dropped to 34kw

First fast charger I tried didn’t work, #2, but the next one I tried, #3, worked very well. Just two cars at these 8 charging stations, so not crowded at 3:30pm.

All stations were used or out of order. Finally got to use #8, but had to buy a membership online (card reader out of order) and that’s when the neighbor car said they are doing an upgrade on all so they are extremely slow.

Horrible experience; currently only 1 350 works (charger 02) and the left handle on charger 02 won’t release from her car (Volkswagen). The lady called the toll number and has been waiting on hold for 20 mins. The 150 charger is only putting out 25kw…. Horrible speed. Charger 01 keeps throwing ‘charger error’ messages so have to keep surfing charters to find one that that works.
