Tanger National Harbor Bornes de Recharge

The 6 chargers are located in the front parking lot of the outlet. The signs say that charging is free and limited to an hour. But I also saw other cars hooked up for more than an hour and it continued to charge, but so not sure what the real limit is. The bigger problem, however, is that it is a slow charge. Even though the chargers claim a max discharge of 9 kW, my car only received 3.5 kW for the hour. But it's free, so can't complain.
