Waited 30 minutes to get a spot, only to find the station was out of service even though lights on and appeared fully operational. 3 of 6 stations are down. Electrify America network is attrociously bad!

1 station down; multiple stations with fully charged vehicles and no drivers present. No enforcement of “park and leave for a few hours” drivers makes this station really bad.

2023 Ioniq 5, 41 kWh in 29 minutes. Pretty busy at 6:15p with all plugs in use. max speed 119 kW

charger 5 has a defective charge. chargers 1,3&4 not working or not on.

Usually busy place,but today I had worse experience,some people are really nasty,someone poop on the parking space,so disgusting.Yesterday I saw baby diaper laying on the parking spot too

You can't miss these chargers. The bright green EA lights are on the right as you pull into the ground floor entrance of the garage. Stalls are straight so it's easy to back in for EVs with rear charge ports.

someone unplugged the cord and stole my charge.
