I had a positive experience.

Peaked at 176kW - fastest speed ever. No issues, good charge.

Number two and four were working fine.

The #2 350 kWh charger was broken and didn’t work. The #3 350 kWh charger probably averaged about 40 kWh. Meh

Service tech on site. His unmarked van blocked all but one charger with a come on that one. Damaged my car trying to access a charger. He comes out and informs me 45 mins until he's done. Not happy.

The Card-reader was offline on the CHAdeMO machine, so it couldn't read any of my credit cards. The EA customer service agent could not take my credit card information and would have to transfer me to someone else, but noticed that I still had a credit, left over from my visit hear about a year ago, which she was able to apply without having to transfer me to anyone else. It then took several tries to start the machine. I had to move my car onto the line between the spaces so the cable was straighter, before it would work.

Even with help from EA customer service, the 50 kW CHAdeMo failed to operate
