I had a negative experience.

I mistakenly registered rather than inserting my credit card and just charging. Don't connect your vehicle until after you've removed your cresit card. There's only one charging at a time. And 1 large parking space. I was double charged because I didn't have the app it's not GOEV it's the OPCONNECT app. Fast charging though which we like.
