The station is not working :(

Last night I tried charging but got an error. I called the company, they remotely reset it but then it still didn’t work. They confirmed it wasn’t working in their side as well and submitted a ticket for it to be fixed.

Station 43199 works but station 43200 hasn’t worked for weeks, it just gives an error on the app when you try to start it. Thanks
