a year later still has a broken clip I called in to get the port number of the second charger and customer service refuse to enable it without $10 in a charge of account and a credit card on file. it seems like these charging stations are just dead.

it's a bit annoying to have to download the chargeup app, but you do not need to register a payment method, and charging here is free. I never got chargeup to recognize barcode with my phone, but entering number with keyboard worked immediately for me.

I've never been able to get this charging station to work without calling in to have them activate it manually. The app is the worst. there's no obvious place to input the station ID to initiate charging.

I had a negative experience. The app is the worst It's impossible to figure out how to start charging.

The charging station is now functional. The charge up app sucks. too bad the chamber changed to this company. they would have been better off leaving it as it was or going with chargepoint.

I spoke to chargeupev.com representative and they said the chamber of commerce still hasn't finished activation paperwork. charging station not working.
