ALL chargers have been taken over by Moxion Mobile Power. There appears to be no public charging available. Those seeking chargers are directed to “go south” to the Ferry Terminal site where there are no Charge Point equipped chargers.

Can’t get charging to start on the DC Fast. Doesn’t seem to recognize when the charger is plugged into vehicle

The Fast Chargers appear to have a 2hr time limit and I believe it's free. I don't know if it charges you something after those two hours. The Chargers are all located at the Ford assembly facility behind a gated area but there is a guard there that allows you entrance into the parking lot area. I imagine that when the facility closes in the evenings, so do all the chargers.
