It doesn't charge.

July 17, 22. V hard to find. There are no signs to let you know where the charger's are - in fact on lower level from the entrance and in the second row in. Ports were all available but not accessible: I scanned the QR code and kept getting a No address ID message. Tried plugging in the name of the location and got the same message. I tried the customer service number and was on hold for so long I gave up and parked in aanormal non EV spot.
