Station 1 is next to a handicap parking space. No way to get to it if someone is parked in the handicap spot. Also I’m assuming if you don’t have a handicap placard you would not be able to park in the spot.

this charger is pretty much useless.what are the odds of a handicap having an EV ?!

makes no sense to have 2 charging stations but one is in a handicap parking space.
