At far end of Target away from the busy entrance. Select station 1 or 2 and port. Seems station 1 port 1 is closest to the Target store. Charging for the first 120 minutes is free, but seems you need an account for a $0.75 convenience fee.

These stations have been out of commission since Xmas? Can you guys find out or send message to whom manages them to get them up and running?
