Farmers Market Parking Lot - Chico, CA EV Charging Stations

These chargers are supposed to be free, but apparently, Tesla has decided to randomly start charging people, without notice and completely randomly. To make matters worse, the chargers work sporadically at best. Some days you can charge with the attached converter; other days, only the Tesla part of the charger can be used because the converter gets stuck/lodged in the charger and won't even come out. As long as these chargers were free, I tolerated the crappy chargers because you get what you pay for, right? But now Tesla wants to charge for this? SERIOUSLY?!?!!! I would STRONGLY recommend finding better chargers. As low as Tesla sets the quality bar, that should not be hard.

machine says $.50/hr parking, but people say police don't enforce. 3 of 4 ports work

must pay for parking even though to charge is free. its 25 cents a half hour.
