4 of 4 EV Charging Stations are ICE'd. (1 Hour Free Parking with $20 purchase) Worse... 3 of 5 Handicap spots are occupied by cars with no permits as well. Not enough parking spots and Prop Mgmt does not enforce so ICE cars are parking anywhere they want

Three of the four spots were taken up by teslas that aren’t even plugged in to charge. They are just using the EV spots to be parked closer to the store entrance.
