Update to unregistered disconnect- received an Email from SWTCH stating $0 charge for the glitchy charging session. This came the next morning, prompt response from company and positive outcome.

Charged for less than 2 hrs (the free time) unplugged after 1hr 45min went home and thought nothing of it. Checked the swtch app at 2200hrs and it said I was still active in a charge session, Wait, what? The system did notit register I had unplugged and was considering it an active session. I had to call and engage the company

You will need to download the switch app and set your credit card to begin charging. 2 hrs free then $3 /hr after your free hrs
