After authorization charging doesn't start. So frustrated

The fact I had to put $10 on the card after downloading the app and then pay $.75 activation fee just to use a free charger at IKEA really ticks me off. There’s not enough chargers and these are slow but I suppose it is charging yay

Worked well today - very straightforward and fast to get started if you have the app installed. It is good for a PHEV, but pretty useless for an EV visiting Ottawa.

They are free. Sign up for the ChargePoint app ahead of time. If 2 cars are in the same charger the power is cut in half, so go for an unused charge point first

Safety latches on multiple connectors is broken. Must me lifted when put into vehicle and will not prevent unplugging while charging, which could be hazardous.
