Oxford Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram EV Charging Stations

Dear Office, I would appreciate some clarification regarding the power supply at this charging station. Although the station is shared, both the app and the unit itself indicate that each connector can deliver up to 19.2 kW. However, when I tested each connector separately without sharing, the maximum power I received was only around 10 kW. I’m wondering if the output is being deliberately limited and whether it’s possible to unlock the full 19.2 kW capacity, given that the hardware appears capable of it.
