These chargers are always full of uber and Skip drivers. Ridiculous, should be reserved for shoppers in the mall, not people getting free power to do their crap jobs. The worst part is they sit in their cars watching movies half the time. I have also noticed people who obviously work at the mall or mall office who leave their cars there every day
