I walked by this morning. The station is still out of order. The screen says station not set up

Inside the parking lot. Parkinf lot opens from 9 to 7.

Access is NOT 24 hours. The parking lot gates are closed at night - sometime after the restaurant closes at 9. The gates were still closed when I arrived at 0630
