Journie app told me all four plugs at this station were functional and available. On arrival all four had tags on the handles stating unavailable. Unable to charge... Journie/on the run, if you monitor these comments please upgrade to real time availability that includes maintenance or broken plugs. This on the run network is super unreliable as their app is rarely correct to tell whether their stations will actually function or not.

These chargers start at the max output, then are immediately throttled down to a trickle charge. Completely unacceptable and should not be listed as a level 3!

I am new to EV. Should I need to apply for any card or join a membership to use this free charging service?
