Feel free to contact 608-757-2244 non-emergency police number & they'll ticket non-EV cars. The Woodman's chargers are always empty but not close to downtown

Charged successfully by parking illegally in the alley adjacent to the parking garage since non-EV cars were taking up 2 of the 4 spots. The parking and charging are free.
