The single non-Tesla charger (ClipperCreek EV) is not working as of July 27, 28, or 29, 2025. It is not clear how to initiate charging either. I informed the front desk and they said they would ask maintenance to check on it. It does appear to have Power but it is not clear how to get it to start charging.
