app/charging station not working. app says error. won't release handle.

After 1 hour and 45 minutes it only charged my Nissan leaf 30%. Not practical for a medium length road trip. Dealership was nice and about a 10 minute walk to restaurants. Michigan ave is right and front and very busy, also has some rundown parts.
