We really couldn’t tell which to do first: connect or start charging. We had to restart the process twice.

The station ID on the charger is the number to look for in the app. It’s small and not obvious.

None of them worked . It made me pay $8 for no battery charge and would continue to shut off . It also makes you download an app to pay.

All four chargers are unable to communicate with or successfully charge my car. This has been an intermittent issue at this charger for years. Do not rely on this charger.
