Finally worked but had to tap with the Chargepoint app many times before it connected.

So, when charging with ChargePoint, use tge ChargePoint app, otherwise you cannot disconnect and you will have to call ChargePoint customer support, but they won't be able to find you in their system because you are logged into ChargeHub instead.
