kept getting an error message. had to go somewhere else.

I couldn't use a credit card so I had to create an account, log in, add money, log in again, and finally start charge. the process took 20 minutes to get started.

Right CCS unit defective. Left CCS has smashed card reader but works.

Connector fault. Unable to remote start with customer service.

Level 3 fast charge works fine.

Both ccs cables have been cut off.

Level 2 chargers- both cables cut and removed. ChadeMo cable still there but non functional. The CCS cable has been cut as well. Customer service could not get the ChadeMo to work. The card reader could not read my card. Customer service was able to get the machine to accept my card but the charger itself was non-functional.
