Ignore the previous commenter. The cable drops once activated through a QR code. There are two signs with the directions clearly marked. That being said, this charger is incredibly slow for costing /.45c kwh

Inaccessible unless you are 10 feet tall.

The photos say it all. The chargers were installed 8 feet up on a telephone pole. Bring a ladder and watch out for the "high voltage" box on your way up. (Ladder should be wooden)
